Getting Around the Hope Valley: Travelling Light Community meet-up

Tuesday 3 November | Hathersage Memorial Hall | 5.30–7 pm

How do you get around the Valley? How do you travel further afield, and how do visitors find their way here? If you care about these things, come and join your neighbours for a friendly evening of conversation, ideas and a cuppa.

We’ll start with a short review of what we’ve achieved together this year, including Mini Switzerland, Move More Hope Valley and the Art Trail by Rail. Then we’ll open things up to you. What would make walking and cycling better? How could buses and trains work better for you? What could ease the traffic?

You don’t need to be an expert, just someone who lives, works or spends time here. Every voice helps shape what we do next, and it’s a great chance to meet others who care about the Valley too.

Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Let us know you’re coming at info@hopevalleyclimateaction.org.uk. Or simply turn up on the night, as everyone is welcome.
