This zoom public meeting will take place at 7pm on Tuesday December 1st. Chaired by Harry Holmes from Green New Deal, the first speaker will be Laura Ho, also be from GND.
The other speakers are Jody Vallance from the Moors for the Future Partnership, which delivers a landscape scale programme of blanket bog restoration across the Peak District and South Pennine moors.
Matthew Paterson, Professor of International Politics at University of Manchester, who focuses on environmental politics, especially climate change politics.
Hazel Draper from the For Peat’s Sake Campaign, a group of activists campaigning and sharing information on all things related to peat and its protection.
