Peter has over thirty years of experience as an energy and sustainability consultant in building and housing and is the technical author of the new domestic retrofit standard PAS 2035: 2019 Retrofitting Dwellings for Improved Energy Efficiency: Specification and Guidance.
In response to our invitation to talk, Peter wrote to say, “I’m more and more convinced that if we are going to rise to the challenge of climate change then action has to come from the grassroots of our communities, before it comes from politicians. Governments follow, they do not lead, so we need organisations like HVCA everywhere”.
